Every Gooder Box comes in one of two lengths. Both are 8 feet wide and 8 feet high.

• 16-foot Gooder Box: 16 ft long, 8 ft wide, 8 ft high. Typically fits 1 to 2 bedrooms, up to about 1,200 sq ft.
• 20-foot Gooder Box: 20 ft long, 8 ft wide, 8 ft high. Typically fits 2 to 3 bedrooms, about 1,200 to 1,600 sq ft. Larger homes or full garages may need two boxes.

Do I need a permit or HOA approval?

Most driveways don't need a permit. Street placement, or placement at a multi-family property, may need a permit from your town (often called a right-of-way permit). HOAs can have their own rules too. We don't pull permits, so check with your town or HOA before delivery. We're happy to talk through placement with you.

How long do I have to rent?

One month minimum, then month-to-month. No deposit. Cancellation is free 24 hours or more before delivery.

What protection is available?

Contents protection is available through Storage Protectors, a third-party program, along with a container damage waiver. You're enrolled in the minimum plan unless you're already covered. Send proof of your homeowner's, renter's or business policy (an insurance binder or COI) to info@gooderstorage.com and we'll waive ours.

What if I need something from my box?

Come by our Glenwood Springs yard during yard hours, Monday–Friday 7 AM–6 PM or Saturday 8 AM–12 PM. Need a different time? After-hours visits can be scheduled ahead.

Will my things stay dry?

That's the idea. Each box is weather-resistant, with a corrugated roof that sheds rain and snowmelt and lockable doors. An insulated roof coating helps keep summer heat down.

What happens on snowy days?

When it snows, we may reschedule a delivery. We make that call the same day, putting the safety of our drivers and your belongings first.
